Lineage Provisions was founded in 2023. They focus on producing animal-based, nutrient-dense products. One of the reasons I really like them is that their products are made without synthetic additives, preservatives, or stabilizers, and they prioritize grass-fed, nose-to-tail ingredients. You can be assured that you’re getting a clean product, that the entire animal is being ethically raised, and that the whole animal is being utilized.
✅ Reasons They’re a Good Company to Trust
- Transparency in sourcing: They are committed to only using grass-fed, high-quality meat and organ products.
- Nutrient-dense philosophy: Their products aim to replicate the traditional practice of nose-to-tail eating. This is considered to be more complete in nutrition than muscle meat alone.
- Customer base: They have over 463,000 positive customers (including myself), which shows overall strong customer satisfaction.
- Founders’ credibility: Both founders are health professionals (MD and DC), which lends expertise to the product development.
⭐ Some of My Favorite Products I Keep on Hand:
- Lineage AB Complete: Animal-Based Complete Protein Powder – I like this because it’s a clean protein source, with no added sugar, and it provides 20g of protein per serving. Additionally, it contains organ meat, providing the added nutrition from parts of the animal that are often overlooked.
- Creatine Monohydrate Powder: I add a scoop of this to my coffee every morning, which provides 5 grams of creatine. It dissolves easily and has no taste. However, the most noticeable difference I’ve observed is a significant improvement in my muscle mass and density since I started taking it. I’ve always had trouble gaining and maintaining muscle, but incorporating this into my morning routine has definitely changed that. This supplement will be with me for the long run.
⚖️ A Couple of Things to Consider
- Price point: Premium sourcing means higher costs compared to mainstream protein powders or snacks. This can be a barrier for budget-conscious consumers. However, I view it as investing in my health, prioritizing quality over quantity.
- Niche focus: Their animal-based philosophy appeals strongly to carnivore/paleo communities, but may alienate vegetarians, vegans, or those seeking plant-based options.
